AudioSpares.co.uk offers a full refund on all used audio parts purchased from our website within 14 days of receipt, provided that the item is returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as it was received.

Refunds are usually processed within 5 working days and will go back to the card used to make payment.

If you have received an incorrect item or a faulty item, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for a free return and a full refund or replacement.

All used products sold by AudioSpares.co.uk have a 6-month warranty. If your product develops a fault within 6 months of purchase, please contact us and we will arrange for a repair or replacement.

Returns from outside the UK
