We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we offer a FREE 30-day returns policy on all used audio spares. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund.

To return an item, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us via email or phone to let us know that you would like to return an item.
2. We will send you a return shipping label.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
4. Attach the return shipping label to the package.
5. Drop the package off at any Post Office branch.

Refunds

Once we have received your returned item, we will inspect it to make sure that it is in its original condition. If the item is in good condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items that have been used or damaged
• Items that have been modified or repaired
• Items that are missing parts or accessories
• Items that are sold on a final sale basis
