• "Customer" means any individual or entity that purchases used audio parts from AudioSpares.co.uk.
• "Product" means any used audio part sold by AudioSpares.co.uk.

2. Sale of Products

• All Products sold by AudioSpares.co.uk are used and may show signs of wear and tear unless otherwise stated.
• AudioSpares.co.uk inspects every item to carefully grade it's condition but in rare instances there may be an error. If such a case arises, please get in touch to notify us immediately.  
• Customers are responsible for inspecting all Products carefully before using them.
• If a Customer is not satisfied with a Product for any reason, they may return it to AudioSpares.co.uk for a refund within 14 days of receipt.

3. Shipping

• AudioSpares.co.uk offers free shipping on all orders to the UK via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
• Customers can upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 for £4.95.
• AudioSpares.co.uk offers international shipping via courier for a flat rate of £12.95.
• Please note that customs and taxes are not included in the shipping price and may be charged by your local customs office.

4. Payment

• AudioSpares.co.uk accepts payment by all major credit and debit cards.
• AudioSpares.co.uk also accepts payment via PayPal.

5. Returns

• Customers may return any Product to AudioSpares.co.uk for a refund within 14 days of receipt.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as they were received.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of returning Products.

6. Limitation of Liability

• AudioSpares.co.uk is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or sale of any Product.
• AudioSpares.co.uk's total liability to any Customer is limited to the purchase price of the Product in question.

7. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

8. General

• AudioSpares.co.uk reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
• If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck out and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
